摘 要:为了客观评价云蔗12型鉴定圃甘蔗新品系,以ROC22为对照,对云蔗12型9个甘蔗育种材料进行品比分析,同时借鉴运用DTOPSIS法对10个品种(品系)进行综合评价鉴定。结果表明:云蔗12-1251、云蔗12-1312、云蔗12-1252、云蔗12-1260、云蔗12-1183、云蔗12-1273、云蔗12-1309、云蔗12-1202和云蔗12-1288等9个云蔗12型新品系综合性状均优于对照ROC22。其中云蔗12-1260产量最高,相比对照ROC22增产50%左右,云蔗12-1251平均糖分增加最为显著,最高糖分达到17%;但是综合病虫害等性状,云蔗12-1260和云蔗12-1273整体表现优异,主要表现为大茎、高产、高糖、抗倒伏及病害少。以上品系可以考虑推荐参加云南省第16套甘蔗品种区域化试验,进一步观察、品比和进行抗逆性试验,以培育新的性状优良的云蔗新品种。For overall evaluation of the YUN sugarcane clones, comparison test was conducted on 9 sugarcane genotypes and caltivar ROC22 as the CK. The method of Dynamic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (DTOPSIS) was applied to evaluate them comprehensively. The result showed that the general traits of the clones YUN 12-1251, YUN12-1312, YUN 12-1252, YUN 12-1260, YUN 12-1183, YUN 12-1273, YUN 12-1309, YUN 12-1202 and YUN 12-1288 were better than the CK variety ROC22. YUN 12-1260 performed best in cane yield with 50% increase compared with the CK, YUN 12-1251 produced the highest sucrose content (17%). But when taking other traits such as resistence to deseases and pests into consideration, YUN 12-1260 and YUN 12-1273 showed the best comprehensive performance, with large stalk, high productivity, high sugar content, good lodging resistance and less infestation of pests and diseases. These 2 clones can be joined into the 16th Sugarcane Regional Trials of Yunnan.
