摘　　要：针对天津港某大面积开挖工程在实施过程中遇到的一些问题,从全局出发,分区统计,筛选出各区明显偏低的钻孔,剔除局部钻孔中明显不合理偏大的土层数据,最终确定各区边坡稳定的设计参数,为类似工程提供参考。The construction problems in one large-sized excavation project of Tianjin port are solved by taking overall situation into account,completing the statistics of sub-regions,finding the bore holes with much lower value and deleting unreasonable high-value stratum data involving some bore holes.Finally the design parameters for the stability of side slope are determined,which will service as a reference for similar projects.
