摘　　要：建设指标是海事救助基地工程立项和决策的重要依据,根据海事救助业务特点和功能要求,将海事救助基地划分为监管基地、救助基地、航保基地等类型,从基地码头尺寸、建筑面积、堆场面积、陆域面积等方面,确定了海事救助基地主要建设指标,为编制、评估和审批基地前期工作报告提供依据。The construction indexes are the important basis for the approval and decision-making of a maritime rescue base project.According to the characteristics and function requirements of maritime rescue,the maritime rescue bases consist of the supervision base,rescue base and navigation safeguard base etc.Main construction indexes are determined from the aspects of wharf size,building area,stockyard area and land area etc.The analysis results will serve as a reference for the preparation,evaluation and approval of early-stage work statement about the maritime rescue base.
