摘  要:目的研究佩兰Eupatorium fortunei Turez的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱,以及重结晶等技术,对佩兰的化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,质谱等技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从佩兰中分离得到8个化合物,分别为1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2 S,3 S,4 R,8 E)-2-[(2'-R)-2'-羟基棕榈酰胺]-8-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(化合物1),1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(2 S,3 S,4 R,8 E)-2-[(2'-R)-2'-羟基二十四烷酰胺]-8-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(化合物2),蒲公英甾醇(化合物3),蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯(化合物4),2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基反式肉桂酸(化合物5),异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(化合物6),尿嘧啶(化合物7),3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(化合物8)。化合物1和化合物2为脑苷脂类化合物。结论所有化合物均为首次从该佩兰中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Eupatorium fortunei Turez. Methods The chemical constituents of Eupatorium fortunei Turez were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and recrystallization and the compounds were identified by ^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR and Mass spectrometry. Results Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated from Eupatorium fortunei Turez,they were 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 2 S,3 S,4 R,8 E)-2-[( 2'-R)-2'-hydroxypalmitoyl-amino ]-8-octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol( Compound 1), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 2 S, 3 S, 4 R, 8 E)-2-[( 2'-R)-2'-hydroxydocosanosyl-amino ]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol( Compound 2),taraxasterol( Compound 3) taraxasterol acetate( Compound 4),trans-melilotoside( Compound 5), isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside( Compound 6), uracil( Compound 7), 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid( Compound 8), respectively. Compound 1 and Compound 2 were cerebroside compounds. Conclusion All compounds were isolated from Eupatorium fortunei Turez for the first time.
