摘  要:目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钠对复发性流产患者预后的影响。方法选择医院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的复发性流产患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予低分子肝素钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用小剂量阿司匹林。结果治疗后,观察组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平上升幅度和纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平下降幅度均较对照组显著(P<0.05);两组患者血小板(PLT)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组胎儿活产率为81.67%,显著高于对照组的61.67%(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钠可有效改善复发性流产患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin( LMWH) on the prognosis of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Totally 120 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with LMWH, while the observation group was treated low dose aspirin combined with LMWH. Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the increase of PT, TT and APTT levels and the decrease of FIB level were significantly greater in the observation group after treatment( P〈0. 05). The levels of PLT in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment( P〈0. 05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉0. 05). The live birth rate of the observation group was 81. 67%, which was significantly higher than 61. 67% of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Low dose aspirin combined with LMWH can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.
