靶位超声透入药物联合优质护理用于膝关节置换术围术期干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察靶位超声透入药物联合优质护理在膝关节置换术围术期的干预效果,为提升膝关节置换手术治疗质量提供参考。方法选择医院2017年1月至6月收治的行膝关节置换术的患者108例,按照手术顺序编号,采用数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例。两组患者均行靶位超声透入利多卡因和地塞米松治疗,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行优质护理。结果观察组患者在术后6,24,48 h的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);住院时间、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,患者护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月随访,患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式结合靶位超声透入药物可有效提升膝关节置换术患者围术期护理满意率,促进患者术后康复。Objective To observe the intervention effect of targeted phonophoresis of drugs combined with high quality nursing used in perioperative period of knee arthroplasty and to provide reference for improving the quality of knee arthroplasty. Methods Totally 108 patients with knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from January to June in 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the operation sequence number and digital random table method, 54 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with targeted phonophoresis of lidocaine and dexamethasone, during the perioperative period, the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high quality nursing. Results The VAS scores of 6,24 and 48 h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative hospitalization time and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the observation group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 3 months of follow-up, the QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing mode combined with targeted phonophoresis of medicine can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients with knee arthroplasty in perioperative period and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
