摘　　要：美国LEED绿色建筑评价标准最新的V4版本在其2009版本的基础上进行了修订,主要变化在于:简化标准体系,深化适用建筑类型和评价指标大类,延续评价定级和评价阶段,以完善的全寿命期理念来设置大类的分值与权重。通过比较LEED标准V4版本与我国《绿色建筑评价标准》最新的2014版本,可以为我国绿色建筑相关研究提供一些参考,对我国绿色建筑评价标准未来在标准体系覆盖、整合过程、评价阶段管理方面的优化有所借鉴。LEED green building assessment criteria have revised in its latest V4 version based on the 2009 version, there are several vital changes： simplification of products system, development of the building types and major categories, continuation of the LEED 2009 version＇s assessment rate and phase, and then concept, readjustment of the value and weight of indicators with the concept of following the green building life cycle. Compared with the ＂Green Building Evaluation Standard＂ 2014 edition, it is able to advice for the future updates, including the standard system coverage, the integrative process and the evaluation stage management.
