改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定三踝骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定三踝骨折治疗效果。方法方便选择该院自2010年6月—2016年6月收治的106例三踝骨折患者,所有患者均给予改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定治疗,观察治疗效果。结果手术治疗后,69例患者恢复良好,27例患者恢复一般,优良率为90.57%;所有患者的手术时间为(62.19±14.29)min,术中失血量为(72.38±6.92)m L;有9例患者在术后3 d内出现足背外侧麻木,有4例患者内侧切口发红。临床愈合时间为6~13周,平均时间为(7.97±3.02)周。在术后6个月时行X线检查,结果显示:所有患者均的骨折线均模糊,不良愈合的现象不存在。结论给予三踝骨折患者行改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定治疗疗效较好,值得应用。Objective To analyze the curative efect of modified posterior-lateral approach of ankle and interior reset in fixation of three ankle fractures. Methods 106 cases of patients with three ankle fractures admited and treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2016 were convenient selected and all patients were treated with modified posterior-lateral approach of ankle and interior reset fixation, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After the operation treatment, the recovery of 69 cases of patients were good, the recovery of 27 cases of patients was in generl, and the excellent and good rate was 90.57%, the operation time of all patients was(62.19 ±14.29)min, and the intraoperative bleeding amount was(72.38±6.92)m L, and there were 9 cases with lateral dorsal sense of numbness and there were 4 cases of patients with inside incision redness, and the clinical healing time was between 6 to 13 weeks, and the average time was(7.97±3.02)weeks,and the paitents were given X ray examiantion in 6 months after oepration, and the results showed that the fracture line was obscure, and there was no adverse healing. Conclusion The curative effect of modified posterior-lateral approach of ankle and interior reset in fixation of three ankle fractures is good, which is worht application.
