微创穿刺碎吸术应用在脑出血颅内血肿治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析微创穿刺碎吸术应用在脑出血颅内血肿治疗中的临床价值。方法采用数字随机的方法 ,将方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月时间段内该院收治的脑出血颅内血肿患者65例划分为两组(对照组=33例,给予开颅手术;研究组=32例,给予微创穿刺碎吸术治疗方法 ),比较两组治疗有效率及总体满意率。结果组间数据对比发现,研究组的治疗总体有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,对照组和研究组的治疗总体有效率分别为81.8%和93.8%;研究组的治疗总体有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总体满意率90.6%与对照组78.9%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创穿刺碎吸术在脑出血颅内血肿治疗中具有极高的应用价值,提高了治疗总体有效率,值得大力推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of minimally invasive puncture transcranial stereotactic aspiration in treatment of hematencephalon intracranial hematoma. Methods 65 cases of patients with hematencephalon intracranial hematoma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were randomly selected, the control group with 33 cases adopted the craniotomy, while the research group adopted the minimally invasive puncture transcranial stereotactic aspiration, and the treatment effective rate and total satisfactory rate were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison showed that the treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total treatment effective rate in the control group and in the research group was respectively 81.8% and 93.8%, and the total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the difference in the total satisfactory rate between the research group and control group was obvious(90.6% vs 78.9%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of minimally invasive puncture transcranial stereotactic aspiration in the treatment of hematencephalon intracranial hematoma is extremely high, and it can improve the total treatment effective rate, which is worth promotion and application.
