瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对冠心病患者采取同等剂量的瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀进行治疗的疗效。方法方便选取该院冠心病患者104例(2015年1月—2016年10月期间),将其依据单双号编号分组原则,分为对照组(单号组:阿托伐他汀10 mg/d治疗)、观察组(双号组:瑞舒伐他汀10 mg/d治疗),各52例,对比两组的各项血脂指标——TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C。结果观察组冠心病患者的TC均值、TG均值、LDL-C均值低于对照组,HDL-C值(1.41±0.49)mmol/L高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于阿托伐他汀,针对冠心病患者采取同等剂量的瑞舒伐他汀方案治疗后,能够更好的调节患者的血脂指标,达到较好的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the comparison of curative effect of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in treatment of contrary heart disease. Methods 104 cases of coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups, the control group(odd number group: atorvastatin 10 mg/d),while the observation group(even number group: rosuvastatin, 10 mg/d), and various blood liquid indexes such as TC, TG,LDL-C, HDL-C were compared between the two groups. Results The TC mean value, TG mean value and LDL-C mean value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the HDL-C value was(1.41±0.49)mmol/L,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The same dose of rosuvastatin treatment of contrary heart disease patients can better adjust the blood liquid index of patients and reach a better treatment effect.
