沐舒坦注射液治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的分析沐舒坦注射液治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法方便选取该院2013年1月—2017年2月收治的80例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象并根据随机数字表分组,分别40例。常规组采用常规方法治疗,沐舒坦组增加沐舒坦注射液治疗。比较两组肺炎治疗效果;肺部啰音完全消失时间、肺功能指标复常时间、血气分析正常时间、住院时间;干预前后患儿C反应蛋白、PCT;干预前后血气分析指标的差异;不良反应发生率。结果沐舒坦组肺炎治疗效果95.00%高于常规组77.50%(P<0.05);沐舒坦组肺部啰音完全消失时间、肺功能指标复常时间、血气分析正常时间、住院时间(3.24±1.41)、(7.13±2.61)、(4.14±1.21)、(8.42±1.61)d短于常规组(5.40±2.14)、(9.35±3.57)、(6.25±2.59)、(10.40±2.13)d(P<0.05);干预前两组C反应蛋白、PCT相近(P>0.05);干预后沐舒坦组C反应蛋白、PCT优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前血气分析指标相近(P>0.05);干预后沐舒坦组血气分析指标优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应(P>0.05)。结论沐舒坦注射液治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效确切,可有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短疗程,降低炎症水平,改善血气分析指标,且无明显不良反应,安全性高,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the curative effect and safety of mucosolvan injection in treatment of Neonatal pneumonia.Methods 80 cases of newborns with pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2017 were conveniently selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the routine group adopted the routine method, while the mucosolvan group added the mucosolvan injection, and the pneumonia treatment effect, pulmonary rales complete disappearance time, lung function index recovery time, blood gas analysis normal time, length of stay, difference in the C reactive protein before and after intervention, PCT, difference in the blood gas analysis index before and after intervention and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The pneumonia treatment effect in the mucosolvan group was higher than that in the routine group(95.00% vs 77.50%)(P<0.05), and the lung rales complete disappearance time, lung function recovery time, blood gas analysis normal time and length of stay were shorter than those in the routine group [(3.24±1.41),(7.13±2.61),(4.14±1.21),(8.42±1.61)d vs(5.40±2.14),(9.35±3.57),(6.25±2.59),(10.40±2.13)d](P<0.05), the C reactive protein and PCT of the two groups before intervention were similar(P >0.05), after intervention, the C reactive protein and PCT in the mucosolvan group after intervention were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05), and the blood gas analysis index before intervention was similar(P>0.05), after intervention, the blood gas analysis index in the mucosolvan group was better than that in the routine group(P<0.05), and there were no severe adverse reactions in the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of mucosolvan injection in treatment of neonatal pneumonia is definite, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment course, reduce the inflammatory level and improve the blood gas analysis and there are no obvious adverse reactions and the safety
