分析在宫外孕护理中应用优质护理干预的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对宫外孕患者护理中实施优质护理方案的有效性进行评定与分析。方法研究从2015年1月—2017年6月间进入该院妇产科的宫外孕患者中,方便选取出100例分析,随机分组,其中基础组50例患者实施常规护理,而治疗组50例则实施优质护理方案,并观察其满意度、SDS分数以及SAS分数等。结果对2组宫外孕患者实施常规护理方案以及优质护理方案后,基础组50例满意度78.00%(39/50),治疗组50例98.00%(49/50)(P<0.05);基础组SDS分数(47.10±2.00)分,治疗组(40.38±2.22)分,(P<0.05);基础组SAS分数(46.11±2.39)分,治疗组(40.03±2.17)分(P<0.05)。结论对于出现宫外孕的妇产科患者,护理中,选择实施优质护理方案不仅可以提升其满意度,而且还能对患者SDS分数以及SAS分数有效改善,确保其转归效果的提升,可推广。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of excellent nursing intervention in the ectopic pregnancy nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the basic groupwere treated with routine nursing, while the treatment group were treated with excellent nursing plan, and the satisfactory degree, SDS score and SAS score were observed. Results After the implementation of routine nursing plan and excellent nursing plan, the satisfactory degree in the basic group and in the treatment group was respectively 78.00%(39/50) and 98.00%(49/50)(P <0.05), and the SDS score in the basic group and in the treatment group was respectively(47.10±2.00)points and(40.38±2.22)points,(P<0.05), and the SAS score in the basic group and in the treatment group was respectively(46.11±2.39)points and(40.03±2.17)points,(P<0.05). Conclusion The excellent nursing plan for ectopic pregnancy patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics can not only improve the satisfactory degree but also effectively improve the SDS score and SAS score of patients, and ensure the improvement of outcome, which can be promoted.
