摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年5月该院收治的128例上尿路结石患者为例,依治疗方式不同分为实验组(微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石取石术,64例)和对照组(体外冲击波碎石术,64例)。对比观察两组结石清除效果及术后并发症。结果实验组手术成功率100.00%,无中转开腹病例。该组结石一次清除率87.50%、并发症发生率7.81%,两项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),结石总清除率95.31%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石效果显著,结石清除率高,术后并发症少,应用安全有效,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi with pneumatic lithotripsy. Methods Convenient selection 128 cases of patients with upper urinary calculi from January 2015 to May 2017 in this hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy, 64 cases) and the control group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, 64 cases) according to the different treatment methods. The effect of stone removal and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The successful rate of operation in the experimental group was 100%, and no case was converted to laparotomy. The stone removal rate was 87.50%, the complication rate was 7.81%, and the two indexes were better than that of the control group(P <0.05). The total stone clearance rate was95.31%, and there was no significant difference of the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi with pneumatic lithotripsy is effective, with high stone clearance rate, fewer postoperative complications, and safe and effective application, so it is worth promotion and application.
