CT检查在腹型过敏性紫癜诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的分析对腹型过敏性紫癜患者使用CT方法诊断的效果和对患者的意义。方法方便收集该院2016年1月—2017年2月20例出现了皮疹的腹型过敏性紫癜患者,将其设置为皮疹组。另收集该院20例未出现皮疹症状的腹型过敏性紫癜患者,将其设置为非皮疹组。对两组患者均需要使用CT方法检查,分析患者的临床表现等。结果皮疹组患者中有17例使用CT诊断后发现小肠以及结肠局部肠管出现节段性水肿增厚以及盆腔积液症状,占比85%。非皮疹组中16例用CT诊断后发现小肠以及结肠局部肠管出现节段性水肿增厚以及盆腔积液症状,占比80%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另两组均未出现误诊手术情况。结论对腹型过敏性紫癜患者诊断时,CT诊断可有效避免误诊漏诊,尽快对其实施有效治疗,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of CT examination in diagnosis of abdominal allergic purpura and its significance to patients. Methods 20 cases of abdominal allergic purpura in the hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were convenient collected and regarded as the rash group. In addition, 20 cases of abdominal anaphylactoid purpura without skin rash were collected and regarded as non skin rash group. CT examination should be conducted in the two groups, and the patients' clinical manifestations and etc. should be analyzed. Results 17 cases in the rash group after using CT diagnosis were found to have the thickened small intestine and the local intestinal tract of the colon and the symptoms of pelvic effusion, accounting for 85%. 16 cases with CT diagnosis in the non skin rash group were found the thickening of small intestine and colon local intestinal canal segmental oedema and symptoms of pelvic cavity accumulates fluid, accounting for 80%, the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). No misdiagnosis was performed in both two groups. Conclusion CT diagnosis can effectively avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of patients with ventral anaphylaxis purpura, and effective treatment can be carried out as soon as possible, so it is worth promotion and application.
