CT与B超引导下经皮肺穿刺对周围型肺部肿块的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析CT与B超引导下经皮肺穿刺对周围型肺部肿块的诊断价值。方法方便选取在2016年2月—2017年4月该院治疗的周围型肺部肿块患者100例,按随机数表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组在B超引导下进行经皮肺穿刺活检,观察组在CT引导下实施经皮肺穿刺活检,比较两组定位成功率、穿刺活检成功率、病理检查结果及术后并发症情况。结果观察组病理检查诊断明确率、并发症发生率(94.00%、22.00%)与对照组(96.00%、12.00%)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组定位成功率及一次活检成功率(98.00%、94.00%)明显高于对照组(44.00%、44.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT和B超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检均为安全、有效的临床诊断方法,其中CT引导下经皮肺穿刺可提高诊断周围型肺部肿块的一次性定位成功率。Objective This paper tries to analyze the diagnostic value of CT and B ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung puncture in peripheral lung mass. Methods 100 patients with peripheral lung mass treated in this hospital from February2016 to April 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given B ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy, while the observation group was given CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy. The success rate of localization,success rate of needle biopsy, pathological results, postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy rate of pathological results and incidence of complications in the observation group were 94.00% vs22.00% and those in the control group were 96.00% vs 12.00%, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05); The success rate of localization and once needle biopsy in observation group were 98.00% and 94.00%, higher than those in control group of 44.00% and 44.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion CT and B ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy are safe and effective diagnostic methods, and CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture can increase the success rate of once localization in diagnosis of peripheral lung mass.
