摘 要:目的探讨全身骨显像在肺性肥大性骨关节病的临床应用价值。方法方便选择2012年1月—2016年12月该院收治的疑似肺性肥大性骨关节病患者100例,所有患者均接受全身骨显像检查,记录全身骨显像对肺性肥大性骨关节病检查结果。结果 100例疑似肺性肥大性骨关节病患者经全身骨显像检查,主要表现为对称性关节周围放射性浓集和"平行管"征两种表现,其中下肢骨伴有"平行管"征96例(96.00%),肘关节、踝、双侧膝周围放射性浓集4例(4.00%),结合肺部病史及其他检查,66例患者经全身骨显像的确诊为肺性肥大性骨关节病。结论全身骨显像能有效鉴别诊断肺性肥大性骨关节病患者,可早期采用全身骨显像对疑似肺性肥大性骨关节病患者进行检查。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical value of whole body bone imaging in the treatment of hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthritis. Methods 100 patients suspected of pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy from January 2012 to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected, all patients underwent whole body bone scintigraphy, and the examination results of bone imaging of pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy were recorded. Results 100 patients with suspected pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy after bone imaging examination were mainly for the syndrome of symmetry around the joint radioactivity and parallel tube, 96 cases(96.00%) of the lower limb bone with 'parallel tube' sign, 4 cases(4.00%) of the elbow, ankle, knee with around radioactive concentration, considering the pulmonary disease history and other examinations, 66 cases of patients with bone scintigraphy were diagnosed of pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. Conclusion Whole body bone imaging is an effective method for differential diagnosis of patients with hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthritis. Early bone scintigraphy can be used to examine patients with suspected pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthritis.
