摘　　要：河道巡航中发生的水面战斗是武警部队水上执法力量面临的严峻挑战。复杂的战场条件要求水上战斗技能必须具有更强的应对性。这一目标的实现主要来源于技能实施者内部"心""智"要素与外部技能行为的更优配合。心智技一体化训练为此提供了新的思路。The surface combat in the river cruise is a serious challenge for the armed Police Force. Complex battlefield conditions re-quire water combat skills with more flexible responses. The realization of this goal is mainly depends on two elements better match. One is the internal elements （e. g. Implementer＇s psychological and intelligent abilities）, the other is the external elements-skill behaviors. Putting psychological, intelligent and behavior into a combination training will provide a new path of practice.
