心脏永久起搏器植入术后相关并发症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨永久起搏器植入术后常见的并发症及原因分析。方法回顾性分析该院2014年1月—2015年12月接受心脏永久起搏器植入治疗的125例患者中出现的并发症,并分析其原因和处理措施。结果共5例患者发生起搏器相关并发症,并发症发生率4.0%,其中气胸1例(0.8%),囊袋出血或血肿2例(1.6%),电极脱位2例(1.6%)。结论预防起搏器术后相关并发症最重要的是术前充分评估及准备,术中规范操作,术后密切观察及随访。Objective This p a p e r tr ies to ex plore th e common com plicat ions and th e i r cau ses of p e rm an en t c a rd ia c p a c e -makers in pat ients. Methods A total of 125 p a t ien ts with p e rm an en t c a rd ia c p ac em ak e rs tre a ted in this h o sp i ta l from J a n -uary 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and thei r complicat ions , the causes and handl ing measures were analyzed as well. Results 5 c a se s h ad p a c em ak e r complicat ions. T he in c id e n c e of p a c em ak e r com plicat ions was 4 .0%; 1 case of pneumothorax, account ing for 0.8%; 2 cases of capsular hemorrhage hematoma, account ing for 1.6%; 2 cases of electrode dislocat ion, account ing for 1.6%. Conclusion The most imp o rtant p rep a ra t io n for th e p rev en tion of p a c em ak e r complicat ions are adequate assessment and preparat ion before implantation, careful s tandardized operat ion dur ing implanta-tion, intensive management and fol low-up af ter implantation.
