盐酸右美托咪定在全子宫切除术患者中应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸右美托咪定在全子宫切除术患者中的应用价值。方法方便选取该院2015年4月—2017年3月收治的82例全子宫切除术患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组及对照组,对照组患者(41例)静脉泵注咪达唑仑,研究组患者(41例)泵注盐酸右美托咪定,对比两组患者术后苏醒期躁动发生情况及躁动评分、术后1d患者苏醒质量评分(QOR-15量表评分)、不良反应、患者满意度。结果研究组患者躁动发生率9.76%,低于对照组26.83%,研究组躁动评分为(0.48±0.62)分,优于对照组(1.30±1.06)分,QOR-15量表评分为(94.32±3.45)分,优于优于对照组(87.53±4.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者主要不良反应为术后躁动,经处理后可缓解,其他不良反应发生率较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者满意率为100.00%,高于对照组87.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右美托咪定在全子宫切除术患者中应用价值极高,降低了患者术后躁动发生率,且躁动程度较轻,患者术后苏醒质量较佳,不良反应少,安全性高,且满意度高,值得广泛临床推广应用。Object ive This paper tr ies to explore the appl icat ion value of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in pat ients with total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 82 pat ients with hysterectomy were convenient selected from Apr il 2015 to March 2017. The patients were divided into the s tudy group and the control group by random number table method. The control group （41 cases） was treated with intravenous pump midazolam and the s tudy group（41 cases） was treated with dexmedeto-midine hydrochloride, res t lessnes s and res t lessnes s score, one day of postoperative recovery quality score （QOR-15 scale score）, adverse reactions, patient’s satisfact ion of the two groups af ter the recovery were compared. Results The incidence of agitat ion in the study group was 9.76%, lower than the control group of 26.83%, the agitat ion score was（0.48±0.62）points , bet ter than the control group of（1.30±1.06）points , QOR-15 rating scale was （94.32±3.45）points, bet ter than that of the con-trol group of （87.53±4.74）points, the difference is s tat is t ical ly signif icant （P〈0.05）; The main adverse reactions of the two groups were post-operat ion res t lessnes s, which could be relieved af ter treatment, and the incidence of other adverse reac-tions was low,and the difference was not stat is t ical ly significant（P〉0.05） . The satisfact ion rate of pat ients in the s tudy group was 100.00%, higher than that of 87.80% in the control group, and the difference was stat is t ical ly signi ficant （P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The appl icat ion value of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in pat ients with total hysterectomy is very remarkable, which reduces the incidence of res t lessnes s in pat ients, with bet ter degree of rest lessness, bet ter recovery quality, fewer ad-verse reactions , higher safety and high satisfact ion, so it is worthy of extens ive cl inical applicat ion.
