舒适护理在高龄食管癌患者围手术期中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究高龄食管癌患者在围手术期接受舒适护理的价值。方法方便选取该院胸外科高龄食管癌患者55例,时间为2016年1—12月,分为2组,其中对照组在围手术期实施基础护理干预,实验组则实施舒适护理,对比2组护理结果的差异。结果实验组高龄食管癌患者干预后的生活质量[整体功能(57.25±8.23)分、认知功能(55.10±6.81)分、情绪功能(68.15±6.25)分、角色功能(60.16±7.32)分、躯体功能(50.12±8.65)分]、食管癌癌症症状[进食困难(26.62±5.01)分、吞咽困难(21.40±4.58)分、反流(30.52±3.66)分、吞咽梗阻(35.96±4.26)分、食欲减退(24.61±3.85)分]均明显优于对照组食管癌患者(P<0.05);实验组并发症的几率(10.00%)明显低于对照组高龄食管癌患者的并发症几率(32.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在高龄食管癌患者围手术期中实施舒适护理,能够促进其手术更好的实施,将其术后并发症的几率降低,意义重大。Object ive This paper tr ies to explore the value of comfortable nursing dur ing per ioperat ive period in elderly pa-tients with esophageal cancer . Methods 55 seni le pat ients of esophageal cancer with thoracic surgery in the hospi tal from January to December 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups, the control group dur ing the per iopera-tive period implemented the basic nursing intervention, and the experimental group implemented comfortable nursing, the nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life in the experimental group af ter the intervention was as follows overall function of（57.25±8.23）points, cognitive function of （55.10±6.81）points, emotional function of （68.15± 6.25） points, role function of （60.16±7.32）points, physical function of （50.12±8.65）points; esophageal cancer symptoms： diffi-culty in feeding of （26.62±5.01）points, difficulty swallowing of （21.40±4.58）points, reflux of （30.52±3.66）points, swallowing obstruct ion of （35.96±4.26）points, anorexia of （24.61±3.85）points, signif icantly bet ter than the control group（P〈0.05）; The in-cidence of complicat ions in the exper imental group was 10.00%, signif icantly lower than that in the control group of 32.00% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is of great signif icance to implement the comfort nursing dur ing the per ioperat ive period of the el -derly esophageal cancer pat ients, which can promote the implementation of the surgery and reduce the pos toperative compli-cations.
