化学发光法检测丙型肝炎核心抗原滴度与丙型肝炎RNA含量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究丙型肝炎核心抗原(HCV-cAg)滴度与丙型肝炎RNA(HCVRNA)含量经化学发光法检测的情况。方法方便选取2013年2月—2017年2月该院进行HCV-cAg检测的HCVRNA阳性标本80例进行回顾性分析,并对丙型肝炎RNA含量、HCV-cAg滴度之间的相关性进行分析。结果该组80例HCV RNA阳性标本中,有76例HCV-cAg阳性标本,其检出率在95.0%(76/80),两者之间的相关性系数为0.812,男性阳性检出率98.0%,与女性阳性检出率90.3%接近(P>0.05);化学发光法筛查阳性S/CO值与丙型肝炎RNA阳性率呈正相关。结论丙型肝炎核心抗原的阳性检出率同丙型肝炎RNA检测表现为正相关,HCV-cAg通过化学发光法检测特异性与敏感性均较高,可使丙型肝炎患者的疾病尽早发现及治疗,值得作为有效的检测方式加大推广。Objective To study the correlation between the hepatitis c core antigen titer and hepatitis c RNA content tested by chemiluminescent immunoassay. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of HCV RNA positive specimens for HCV-cAg test in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were reviewed and the correlation between the hepatitis c core antigen titer and hepatitis c RNA content tested by chemiluminescent immunoassay was analyzed. Results Of 80 cases of HCV RNA positive specimens, there were 76 cases with HCV-cAg positive specimens, and the test rate was 95.0%（76/80）,and the correlation between the two was 0.812, and the positive test rates of males and females were respectively 98.0% and 90.3%, and the positive S/CO value screened by the chemiluminescent immunoassay was positively correlated with the positive rate of hepatitis c RNA. Conclusion The positive test rate of hepatitis c core antigen is positively correlated with the hepatitis c RNA, and the specificity and sensitivity of chemiluminescent immunoassay in testing HCV-cAg are higher, which contributes to the early discovery and treatment of diseases, and it can be used as an effective method for great promotion.
