摘 要:目的对3M^(TM) Smartclip^(TM)金属自锁托槽系统非拔牙矫治上颌牙列拥挤病例的牙弓变化特征进行研究。方法方便选取2013年4月—2017年3月期间该院收治的上颌牙列轻到中度拥挤的正畸患者110例,所有患者均使用3M^(TM) Smartclip^(TM)金属自锁托槽系统进行非拔牙矫治。对治疗前后的上颌牙弓宽度、牙弓长度等指标。结果治疗后牙弓长度(28.59±1.08)mm、周长(76.81±3.04)mm以及前磨牙间宽度(37.78±1.45)mm、第一磨牙间宽度(48.01±1.98)mm较之前的患者牙弓长度(26.00±1.42)mm、周长(72.60±3.20)mm以及前磨牙间宽度(34.66±1.69)mm、第一磨牙间宽度(46.33±1.71)mm均有明显的增加(P<0.05)。结论应用3m smartclip金属自锁托槽系统可明显增大上颌牙弓宽度、牙弓长度以及周长,进而扩大患者临床治疗上不拔牙矫治的范围。Objective To study the dental arch change features of maxillary teeth crowding cases with non-extraction orthodontic treatment by 3M^TM Smartclip^TM mental auto-lock bracket system. Methods Convenient selection 110 cases of orthodontic patients with maxillary teeth crowding of mild to moderate in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2017 were selected and all patients used the 3M^TM Smartclip^TM mental auto-lock bracket system for non-extraction treatment, and the maxillary dental arch width and dental arch length before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the dental arch legnth, circumstance, premolar teeth width and first molar teeth width obviously increased compared with those of patients before treatment, [(28.59±1.08)mm,(76.81±3.04)mm,(37.78±1.45)mm,(48.01±1.98)mm vs(26.00±1.42),(72.60±3.20)mm,(34.66±1.69)mm,(46.33±1.71)mm](P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of 3 m smartclip mental auto-lock bracket system can obviously increase the width of maxillary dental arch, dental arch legnth and circumference thus enlarging the range of non-extraction in the clinical treatment.
