摘　　要：目的分析颅脑损伤合并多发伤的ICU监护以及有效的治疗措施。方法方便选取该院2011年2月—2017年6月收治的100例颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者为研究对象,所有患者采用颅脑手术治疗,回顾性分析所有患者临床资料及治疗效果。结果患者出院时按照GOS评分,36例恢复良好(36%),20例轻度残疾(20%),12例重度残疾(12%),6例植物生存(6%),26例患者死亡(26%)。结论及早诊断、评估重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者的病情,尽早处理威胁患者生命安全的损伤,动态观察患者病情变化,加强重症监护,可有效提高临床抢救成功率,减少死亡、残疾。Objective To analyze the ICU monitoring and fective treatment measures of cerebral injury and multiple injuries. Methods 100 cases of patients with cerebral injury and multiple injuries admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and all patients were treated with cerebral operation, and the clinical data and treatment fect were reviewed. Results At discharge, in terms of GOS score, there were 36 cases good recovery（36%）, 20 cases with mild disability（20%）, 12 cases with severe disability（12%）, 6 cases with plant survival（6%）, and 26 death cases（26%）. Conclusion The early diagnosis and evaluation of diseases, early handling of injuries that threatening the life security, dynamically observing the changes of disease and enhancing the ICU monitoring can effectively improve the success rate of clinical rescue and reduce disability and death.
