优质护理服务在创伤性休克患者中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的分析在创伤性休克患者中优质护理务的应用及临床效果。方法方便择取2016年5月—2017年5月该院收治的88例患者创伤性休克进行研究,以入院时间为依据将所选患者分为常规组和优质组,每组44例,在患者救治过程中常规组患者行以常规护理服务,优质组患者行以优质护理服务,对两组患者的临床效果、护理差错事件发生概率、护理纠纷发生概率、护理满意度进行分析和比较。结果优质组患者的临床有效率为97.73%,常规组患者的临床有效率为84.09%,优质组明显高于常规组(P<0.05);优质组未出现护理差错事件和护理纠纷,常规组患者护理差错事件发生概率为0.91%,护理纠纷发生概率为11.36%,优质组明显低于常规组(P<0.05);优质组患者的护理总满意度为95.45%,常规组患者的护理总满意度为81.82%,优质组明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在创伤性休克患者中应用优质护理服务可取得良好效果,可以避免护理差错事件以及护理纠纷的发生概率,使患者更加认可和满意临床护理服务,具有显著临床价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application and clinical effect of excellent nursing service in patients with traumatic shock. Methods 88 cases of patients with traumatic shock admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each according to the admission time, the routine group and the excellent group were respectively treated with routine nursing service and excellent nursing service, and the clinical effect, occurrence probabilities of nursing errors, nursing disputes and nursing satisfactory degree were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical effective rate in the excellent group was obviously higher than that in the routine group,（97.73% vs 84.09%）（P〈0.05）, and the occurrence probabilities of nursing errors and nursing disputes in the excellent group were lower than those in the routine group（0, 0 vs 0.91%, 11.36%）（P〈0.05）, and the total nursing satisfactory degree in the excellent group was obviously higher than that in the routine group（95.45% vs 81.82%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of excellent nursing service in patients with traumatic shock is good, which can avoid the occurrence probabilities of nursing errors and nursing disputes and make the patients more satisfy the clinical nursing services, and the clinical value is obvious, and it is worth promotion.
