痹证三方治疗中医痹证临床疗效及其镇痛、抗炎消肿作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痹证三方治疗中医痹证的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月该院诊治80例痹症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规方法治疗,观察组使用痹证三方治疗,观察患者临床情况并比较临床疗效。结果观察组临床有效率为100.0%,优于对照组87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组疼痛、肿胀情况均为观察组患者改善较优。结论痹证三方治疗中医痹证临床疗效确切,能有效缓解疼痛及肿胀情况,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthralgia syndrome three prescriptions in treatment of TCM arthralgia syndrome and research on its functions of analgesia. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 80 cases of arthralgia syndrome patients were convenient selected and random divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine method, while the observation group adopted the arthralgia syndrome three prescriptions, and the clinical situation and clinical curative effect were observed. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group（100.0% vs 87.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the improvement of pains and swelling situations was better than that in the observation group. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of arthralgia syndrome three prescriptions in treatment of TCM arthralgia syndrom is definite, which can effectively relieve the pains and swelling, and it is worth clinical promotion.
