关于甲状腺结节患者采用CT和MRI诊断的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对甲状腺结节患者采用CT和MRI诊断的临床效果。方法方便选取该院于2014年1月—2016年12月期间收治的经病理学确诊的甲状腺结节患者60例作为研究对象,对患者临床资料进行分析,并采用CT诊断和MRI诊断,比较两种诊断方式的准确率。结果 60例患者经病理学检查显示,其中54例患者为良性结节,6例患者为恶性病变,分别占比90.00%、10.00%:60例患者经CT诊断显示,35例患者为良性结节,2例患者为恶性病变,分别占比58.33%、3.33%,剩下23例均漏诊,综合诊断符合率为61.67%;经MRI诊断显示,43例患者为良性结节,4例患者为恶性病变,分别占比71.67%、6.67%,剩下13例均漏诊,综合诊断符合率为78.33%;相比而言,MRI诊断符合率显著高于CT(χ~2=3.96,P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺结节患者术前诊断中采用CT和MRI均具有一定的检出率,以MRI准确率更高,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of CT and MRI in diagnosis of patients with thyroid nodules. Methods 60 cases of patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by the pathology admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and the clinical data were analyzed and the accuracy of the two methods was compared. Results The pathological examination showed that of 60 cases of patients, there were 54 cases with benign nodules and 6 cases with malignant lesion, respectively accounting for 90.00% and 10.00%; the CT diagnosis showed that of 60 cases, there were 35 cases with benign nodules and 2 cases with malignant lesions, respectively accounting for 58.33% and 3.33%, and the other 23 cases were missed diagnosis, and the coincidence rate of comprehensive diagnosis was 61.67%; the MRI diagnosis showed that there were 43 cases with benign nodules and 4 cases with malignant lesions, respectively accounting for 71.67% and 6.67%, and the other 13 cases were missed diagnosis, and the coincidence rate of comprehensive diagnosis was 78.33%; and the MRI diagnosis coincidence rate was higher than that of CT（χ^2=3.96,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The CT and MRI have a certain test rate in diagnosis of patients with thyroid nodules before operation, and the accuracy rate of MRI is high, which is worth promotion.
