颈动脉超声在冠心病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的该研究旨在探讨颈动脉超声诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2017年4月前期临床已确诊的56例冠心病患者均行颈动脉超声检查,以前期临床结果为金标准,分析颈动脉超声诊断的诊断效果。结果颈动脉超声IMT阳性率、斑块阳性率分别为65.22%、64.49%,其阳性率显著高于阴性率(P<0.05);颈动脉超声诊断中IMT特异性为61.37%,敏感度为86.24%,诊断符合率为80.26%,粥样斑块特异性、敏感度、诊断符合率分别为58.62%、89.45%、83.48%。结论冠心病早期诊断中应用颈动脉超声检查可发挥重复性良好、诊断费用低的优势,临床应用价值极高。Objective To study the clinical value of carotid artery ultrasound in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 56 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2017 were convenient examined by the carotid artery ultrasound, and the diagnosis effect of carotid artery ultrasound was analyzed according to the clinical results. Results The IMT positive rate and plaque positive rate of carotid artery ultrasound were respectively65.22% and 64.49%, which were obviously higher than those of negative rates（P〈0.05）; the IMT specificity, sensitivity and diagnosis coincidence rate of carotid artery ultrasound were respectively 61.37%, 86.24% and 80.26%, and the atheromatous plaque specificity, sensitivity and diagnosis coincidence rate were respectively 58.62%, 89.45%, 83.48%. Conclusion The application of carotid artery ultrasound in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease can give play to its advantages of good repeatability and low diagnosis cost, and the clinical application value is extremely high.
