摘 要:为探讨西江干流浔江河段主要防洪城镇及堤岸的现状防洪能力,整理分析了浔江段的现有防洪规划、控制水面线、河道演变特性及实测水文资料,结合建立的西江中游河网及梯级水库整体数学模型,计算分析显示,浔江河道堤岸的防洪能力总体已达到规划防洪标准,未达标段主要集中在桂平、平南和藤县部分乡镇;浔江段下游端控制站点梧州水文站水位近10 a来变化很小,上游端大湟江口站则有所抬升;梧州、苍梧和藤县所在河段水位呈下降趋势,从而导致所在位置河道堤防防洪能力有所提高;桂平和平南所在河段水面线抬升明显而导致堤防防洪能力下降;其他一般堤岸防洪能力则基本维持不变甚至有所提高。For investigating the present flood defense capacities of major counties and banks along the Xunjiang reach in the main stream of Xijiang river,this paper analyzed the existing flood prevention plans,control water level profiles,characteristics of riverbed evolution and hydrological data with one-dimensional hydro-dynamical mathematical model.It showed that flood defense capacities of banks along the Xunjiang reach had mostly reached the planning flood standard,while non-reaching standard reaches were mainly located in some villages and counties(Guiping,Pingnan and Teng).There was less change on water levels at the cross section of the Wuzhou hydrological station in downstream of Xunjiang reach in recent ten years,while water levels at the upperstream of Dahuangjiangkou hydrodynamical station had been higher than before under same fluxes.Water levels in reaches of Wuzhou,Cangwu and Teng had decreased,which led to improve flood defense capacities of banks,while there was a significant rising on water levels in Guiping and Pingnan that caused flood defense capacities to decline.Flood defense capacities in other banks had been remained or improved slightly.
