摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定尿塞通片中王不留行黄酮苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:甲醇为A,0.3%磷酸溶液为B,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:280 nm。结果:王不留行黄酮苷在11.5~92.0μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.28%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可用于尿塞通片中王不留行黄酮苷的含量测定。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of vaccarin in Niaosaitong Tablet. Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out with Agilent SB-C_(18) and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃; methanol was used as mobile phase A and 0. 3% Phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B,the flow rate of which was 1. 0 ml/min; detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results: The calibration curve of vaccarin was linear in the range of 11. 5 ~ 92. 0 μg/ml( r = 0. 999 9),average recovery was 99. 28% with RSD 1. 7%. Conclusion: The method is simple,precise,accurate and reliable,and can be used as the determination of the content of flavonoid glycoside in niaosaitong tablet.
