自制瓶装含氯消毒液结合一次性使用组合吸痰管在人工气道管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良吸痰方式与传统吸痰方式对危重患者的影响。方法将2015年1月至2016年12月有人工气道患者200例,按入住时间先后顺序编号,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,各100例;对照组采用传统的吸痰方式,需铺无菌吸痰盘;观察组采用改良后的吸痰方式,不需铺无菌吸痰盘。比较两组间的新发肺炎、一次性物品耗材、吸痰盘准备时间、垃圾产生数量、操作护士满意度。结果两组在新发肺炎、一次性物品耗材成本、吸痰盘准备时间、垃圾产生数量、操作护士满意度方面相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自制瓶装含氯消毒液结合一次性使用组合吸痰管替代传统吸痰方式能减少新发肺炎发生,为患者赢得抢救时间,简化操作程序,节省操作时间,减轻护士工作量,使吸痰操作更加简单而规范。Objective To study and compare the influence of modified sputum suction way and traditional way to the severe patients.Methods 200 patients with artificial airway from January,2015 to December,2016 were included in the study.They were numbered according to admission order： the odd ones were in control group,and the even ones were in experimental group,with 100 patients in each.Traditional sputum suction way was used in the control group,and a sterile sputum suction tray was needed.The experimental group were given the modified sputum suction way,and a sterile sputum suction tray was not needed.New pneumonia,the consumable of disposable items,the preparation time of the sputum suction plates,the amount of refuse production and the satisfaction degree of operating nurses were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of the new pneumonia,the consumable of disposable items,the preparation time of the sputum suction plates,the amount of refuse production and the satisfaction degree of operating nurses was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion To use self-restraint bottled chlorine-containing disinfectant solution and single use of combined sputum suction-pipe instead of the traditional one can lower the rate of new pneumonia,save more time for the patients,simplify the operation procedure and time,reduce the workload of the nurses,and make the sputum suction operation more simpler and more standardized.
