摘  要:铝厂直供电模式应结合企业实际,全面考虑自备电多种模式下的企业财务状况、效益及技术可行性;电解铝企业在事故状态下应根据实际工况制定甩负荷及停槽措施,选择适合的技术方案,优先停辅助系统设备,减少事故损失。同时要根据铝电联营应急状态事故特性,缩短电解系列应急时间,在孤网直供状态下采用燃气-铝液焙烧二次启动方案更为经济。The direct power supply mode of aluminium plant should be combined with the enterprise actual situation, and the financial condition, benefit and technical feasibility of enterprise be fully considered under the variety mode of self-power supply; load rejection and stop measures be developed on the actual conditions in case of the accident in the aluminium plant, and the appropriate technical scheme should be selected, and the auxiliary system equipment be stopped firstly, so as to reduce the accident loss. According to the characteristics of emergency accident in aluminum-electricity joint operation, meanwhile,the emergency time of electrolysis series be shorten. Under the condition of isolated network withdirect supply, it is more economical to use NG gas-aluminum bath for secondary start-up.
