仿形专用拉伸钳口在型材拉伸矫直中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了拉伸钳口在铝合金型材矫直中的作用、普通拉伸钳口与仿形专用钳口的基本结构和特点。根据某公司挤压型材的结构设计了仿形专用钳口,经生产实践验证,取得了良好的使用效果。The function of streching jaw in straightening of aluminium alloy extruded profile, the basic structural and characteristic of common streching jaw and copying special jaw are introduced in the paper.And a new copying special jaw is designed according to the structure of the extruded profile in a company, then a good using effect isobtainedafter theverification ofproduction practice.
