摘　　要：介绍了20kg连续铸造机的主要构成及作用,分析了铸造机运行过程中的常见故障及其原因,提出了故障的处理方法。The main components and function of 20 kg continuous casting machine is introduced, and the common faults of the casting machine in the running is analyzed, and then the method of fault treatment is put forward.
