摘　　要：以警察执法为视角,将中国和美国作为比较主体,通过中美两国警察执法体制、警察执法培训模式、警察执法反应机制、警察执法监督体制等方面进行比较,结合针对目前中国形势的具体分析,在对中美警察执法比较的基础上,研究中国警察执法存在的问题,探索完善我国警察执法模式的有效途径。From the perspective of police law enforcement,take the United States and China as the subjects to compare the Sino-US police law enforcement system,training model,response mechanism,supervision system and other aspects.Combined with the specific analysis of China＇s current situation,on the basis of the study of the Sino-US police law enforcement,the paper studies the problems in China＇s police law enforcement,and explores and improves police law enforcement model in China.
