摘　　要：我国的检察官豁免权虽然受到学界的忽视,但其事实上是检察官身份保障制度的重要一环。我国的检察官豁免权由民事责任豁免权和司法责任豁免权构成,其中民事责任豁免权保障了检察官的办案积极性,而司法责任豁免权则保障了检察官的办案独立性。我国应当将检察官豁免权的概念在法律中明确,并完善相应的豁免权行使机制,以更好地保障检察官的权益。Although the immunity of prosecutors in China is neglected by academics,it is in fact an important part of the identity protection system of the prosecutor.The immunity of the procurator in China is made up of the immunity of civil liability and the immunity of judicial liability.The immunity of civil liability protects the enthusiasm of the prosecutor,while the immunity of judicial liability protects the independence of the prosecutor.The concept of the immunity of the prosecutor should be clarified in the law and the corresponding immunity exercise mechanism improved to better protect the rights and interests of the prosecutors.
