摘 要:对油茶粕进行液化和阳离子化改性,并考察了其对淀粉表面施胶的作用效果。结果表明,在70℃和液化剂的作用下,固态油茶粕能被液化成粒径约76μm左右颗粒(YYC),分散在水中;用阳离子化剂可将YYC进一步改性成具有较高阳电荷密度的油茶粕液(Y-YYC);Y-YYC与淀粉接枝苯丙共聚物乳液或植物多酚改性酚醛树脂的混合物,具有优异的施胶效果,可大幅降低表面施胶费用。Y-YYC可部分替代淀粉用于表面施胶。The oil-tea meal was liquidized and modified by cationizer, its effect of surface sizing with starch was investigated.The results show that the solid oil-tea meal can be liquidized into particles with diameter of 76μm and dispersed in water at 70℃ by help of liquefier, which was further modified into oil-tea meal liquid with high cationic charge(Y-YYC) by cationizer. The mixture of Y-YYC and starch grafted styrene-acrylic copolymer or phenolic resin modified by plant polyphenol, has excellent surface sizing performance and it can reduce the cost of surface sizing.Hence Y-YYC can partially substitute for starch in surface sizing.
