摘　　要：对供浆管道进行改进,更换磨片使短纤维浆料处理流程可处理亚麻浆,通过两种亚麻浆打浆工艺和配比正交实验,摸索出B配方生产工艺,生产出外观和成纸指标均满足要求的全麻卷烟纸。Short fiber refining system can get to treat flax pulp by transformation of pipe line and replace the abrasive plate of refiners. By 2 kinds of beating process for flax pulp and the orthogonal experiment for the slurry composition, B formula process was worked out to produce cigarette paper with 100% flax pulp, the quality targets can meet the requirement of products.
