综合护理干预对颅内血管瘤弹簧圈栓塞术患者健康结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对颅内血管瘤弹簧圈栓塞术患者健康结局的影响。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的106例颅内血管瘤弹簧圈栓塞术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字抽取表法分为2组,每组各53例,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用综合护理干预,比较护理后2组患者的日常生活能力、认知功能及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者日常生活能力、认知功能等评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评价均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颅内血管瘤弹簧圈栓塞术患者实施综合护理干预是保证患者健康结局的有效措施,利于增强患者生活能力、认知能力,提高患者生活质量,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the outcome of patients with intracranial hemangioma embolization.Methods 106 patients with intracranial hemangioma embolization were enrolled in this study from May 20 to May 2017.The patients were divided into five groups according to the random number extraction method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the daily life ability,cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the daily life ability and cognitive function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion It is an effective measure to ensure the healthy outcome of patients with intracranial hemangioma embolization. It is helpful to enhance the living ability and cognitive ability of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical value is high.
