耳穴贴压及中药内服联合辨证施护对血液透析患者体重增加的影响

摘　　要：目的探究耳穴贴压及中药内服联合辨证施护对血液透析患者体重增加的影响。方法将80例血液透析患者随机平分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用耳穴贴压及中药内服联合施护干预措施。结果观察组干预后质量控制理想率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者实施耳穴贴压及中药内服联合辨证施护可有效控制患者透析间期体重的增长,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the Auricular and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined with dialectical nursing on effect of weight gain in hemodialysis patients.Methods 60 patients in hemodialysis patients,randomly divided into two groups. Divided into two groups and the control group,treated with Auricular and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined nursing interventions.Results After 2 months of dialectical nursing intervention in the observation group is significantly better than the control group,and difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The maintenance hemodialysis patients with Auricular and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined with dialectical nursing can effectively control the increase in body weight in patients with dialysis,and improve the quality of life of patients.
