摘 要:某些河床式水电站属于径流式低水头水电站,洪水泄量大,尾水位较高,而机组安装高程较低,因此,这类水电站机组大件进厂方式与一般水电站不同,不能由对外公路直接进入安装间,而要采用特殊的进厂方式进入安装间,诸如在安装间坝段设置垂直吊物孔、增设卸货间及桥机、在下游设置水平运输孔及防洪闸门、采用挡墙斜坡道进入等。本文根据此类水电站的特点对厂房机组大件进厂方式进行分析、讨论,并提出了建议。Some riverbed hydropower stations belong to radial flow low head hydropower stationand high tail water level. However, unit installation height is low. Therefore, plant of such hydropower station is different from general hydropower station,and they should not be directly delivered into the assembly room from outward highway, and special plant entry mode should be adopted for being delivered into the assembly room. For example,a vertical drilling hanging hole is set on the dam unloading room and overhead crane are additionally installed,horizontal transportation holes and flood control gate are seton the downstream area,retaining wall ramp is adopted for entry,etc. In the paper, ways of locating large machine set inthe plant of workshop units are analyzed and discussed according to characteristics of the hydropower station, andsuggestions are proposed.
