摘 要:为了分析整个电锭离心机的振动特性,获得振动固有频率和相应的振型,应用刚柔耦合方式对电锭离心机进行振动分析。通过Inventor软件建立电锭离心机的三维实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的Solid186和3Dmass21分别对电锭离心机中的柔体零件和刚性区域的关键点进行网格划分,生成柔性体的模态中性文件。利用Adams的约束库对其进行约束连接,并将在ANSYS中生成的模态中性文件导入Adams中相应的零件,建立起刚柔耦合的振动分析模型。通过分析电锭离心机的模态固有频率和相应振型,获得其振型的影响因素,为电锭离心机的改进设计和动态分析提供理论依据。In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of the electrical ingot centrifuge and obtain the natural frequencies and vibration modes,the vibration analysis on electrical ingot centrifuge system was carried out by means of the rigid-flexible coupling. The 3 D entity model of the electrical ingot centrifuge was built by using the three-dimensional graphics Inventor software,and the Solid186 and 3 D mass21 elements in the finite element analysis software ANSYS were used to get the soft body parts and the rigid region of the electric ingot centrifuge gridding partition,and the modal neutral file of the flexible body is got. Then it was constrained connectivity library binding by dynamics analysis software Adams,and the modal neutral file generated in the ANSYS was imported into the corresponding parts in Adams so as to establish a rigid-flexible coupling vibration analysis model. The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the ingot centrifuge were analyzed to obtain the influence factors of models,thus to provide the theoretical basis for design and dynamic analysis of the ingot centrifuge.
