摘  要:靖西线JGD/4型天然气压缩机在累计运行6 959 h后发现压缩机在运行过程中有异常震动,停机对曲轴、十字头、活塞杆进行逐步检查,发现活塞杆局部出现细微弯曲。通过对已经失效的活塞杆进行力学特性分析与计算,通过有限元建模模拟,得到活塞杆应力集中情况,在应力分析基础上对活塞杆进行静载荷分析,得出判断活塞杆的弯曲的原因。为压缩机的运行提出预防性建议。It is found after the natural gas compressor in the Jingxi line JGD/4 has accumulatively operated for 6 959 hours that there is abnormal vibration in the operation course of the compressor,and then stop the compressor to inspect the crankshaft,the cross head and piston rod seperatedly,finally it is found that the piston rod is slightly bent locally. Through the analysis and calculation of the mechanical properties of the failed piston rod,the stress concentration of the piston rod is obtained by the finite element modeling,and the static load analysis of the piston rod is carried out on the basis of the stress analysis so as to obtain the bending reason of the piston rod. Thus it would propose the preventive recommendations for the operation of the compressor.
