风电齿轮箱轴承检修中的判定综述

摘　　要：对于已连续使用多年的齿轮箱(仍在齿轮箱设计寿命内),轴承需要如何检修,是否需要更换,行业内至今没有明确的判定标准。结合作者多年齿轮箱检修经验及现代化检测手段的发展,提出从齿轮箱检修前运行数据的监测,油液分析,轴承常见失效模式的对照及轴承关键指标的复测等四个方面作为风电齿轮箱检修过程中轴承的判定标准,为齿轮箱维修技术人员提供专业技术指导,具有重要的参考价值。So far,there is no criterion in industry about how the gearbox bearings that have been used for many years( still in the design life) be overhauled,and whether it should be replaced or not. According to experiences and the development of modern maintenance detection methods,a viewpoint about criterion for overhauling the bearings is put forward in this paper,including the monitoring data of gearbox maintenance,oil analysis,bearing failure mode,retest of the bearing key indexes. It has important reference value to provide the technical guidance for the gearbox professional maintenance technicians.
