摘　　要：真空槽系统用于RH精炼装置中为钢水提供真空脱气环境,详细分析了真空槽台车变频器控制和PLC控制、真空槽环流气体串级控制和控制模式、弯头切换控制、仪表测控、上位机监控等真空槽系统控制方案,该控制方案可提高RH精炼装置生产效率、控制可靠性和稳定性,满足生产和技术管理一体化的现代炼钢需求。Vacuum slot system can provide the vacuum degassing environment for the RH refining equipment. The control scheme of the vacuum slot system is analyzed in detail,including the vacuum slot trolley's inverter control and the PLC control,vacuum slot circulation gas cascade control and its control mode,elbow switching control,instrumentation measurement and control,as well as the host compter display and monitoring. The designed control system can improve the production efficiency,control reliability and control stability,and could meet the modern steel-making requirements of production and technical management integration.
