摘　　要：目的:本文主要基于成人still病发病特点,阐述成人still病的中医临床论治经验。方法:总结前人治疗still病临证经验,并结合自身体会,进一步探讨的其临床论治经验。结果:成人still病临床多以湿热邪气致病为其病变特点,临证结合其湿热的轻重,通过辨证论治,可有效治疗多种病因不明的成人still病。结论:成人still病病因病机及临床表现较为复杂,病机可涉及到风、湿、热、毒、瘀等,但须认识到湿热邪气贯穿于病程始终,是其发病的关键。临床治疗成人still病,须四诊合参,综合分析,结合正虚邪恋的病变本质,并且辨别湿热的轻重,根据其他特殊病变特点,随证加减用药。] Objective To investigate the clinical experience of TCM with treating adult Still disease on syndrome differentiation and treatment. Meth- ods： To explore the role of damp-heat syndrome in the development of adult Still disease by combining the clinical experience with the treatment of adult Still disease. Results： It is Clinically Significant that TCM is applied in the treatment of adult Still disease based on damp-heat syndrome. Con- clusion ： As we know, the etiology and pathogenesis of adult Still disease is complex and ambiguous, and It is usually characterised as wind, pyroge -neous pathogen, dampness,Stagnant blood,Pathogenic heat,Toxin and so 〈 we really master diagnosis and prescription of adult Still disease.[
