胃脘痛中医临床护理路径的实施效果观察研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医临床护理路径在胃脘痛患者中实施的临床效果。方法:选取我院脾胃肝胆科于2015年1月~2017年1月收治的80例胃脘痛患者,按照入院顺序随机选取其中实施内科一般护理常规的40例作为对照组,另外40例实施中医临床护理路径作为观察组。对比两组疼痛缓解程度和进食改善情况及对胃脘痛知识和自我保健技能掌握情况。结果:两组疼痛程度均明显缓解,无中度和重度疼痛,观察组中无痛、轻度疼痛明显多于对照组;观察组进食情况明显好转者明显多于对照组;观察组胃脘痛知识掌握情况和自我保健技能掌握调查结果明显优于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医临床护理路径应用于胃脘痛患者,能显著缓解胃脘部疼痛和改善进食情况,促进对疾病知识和自我保健技能的掌握,凸显了中医特色护理服务在胃脘痛临床治疗和护理的优势。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathways in patients with epigastric pain. Methods： In this study, 80 patients with epigastric pain treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the control group, and 40 patients were treated with tra-ditional Chinese medicine （TCM） according to the order of admission. Nursing pathways were performed as an observation group. Comparison of two groups of patients with stomach pain to improve the degree and diet and patients with epigastric pain and self-care skills to grasp the situation. Re-sults ：The pain rate of epigastric pain in the two groups was significantly relieved, no moderate and severe pain patients, the observation group was painless, mild patients were significantly higher than the control group; the observation group was significantly better diet than the control group; ob-servation group Epigastric pain knowledge and self-care skills to master the survey results were significantly better than the control group. The differ-ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine clinical care pathways in patients with epigastric pain, can significantly alle-viate the patient＇s epigastric pain and diet, and promote the patient＇s knowledge of disease and self-care skills to master the degree, highlighting the characteristics of Chinese medicine care services in the treatment of epigastric pain and the advantages of care.
