摘 要:双弧脉冲熔化极惰性气体保护焊(dual-arc pulsed MIG welding)是一种低能量输入的焊接方法,针对其过程中存在的主旁弧脉冲电流波形匹配以及耦合电弧稳定性的问题,分析并提出了以高性能数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心的嵌入式控制策略.在此基础上,进行了双弧脉冲MIG焊嵌入式控制系统的软硬件设计,可以通过编程灵活实现脉冲电流波形的时序控制和焊接过程控制的各种算法,并进行了铝合金-镀锌钢平板堆焊试验,在较低能量输入时得到了良好的焊缝效果.结果表明,该系统能够满足双弧脉冲MIG焊的控制要求,保证焊接过程的稳定进行,焊接效果良好.Dual-arc pulsed MIG welding is a low heat input welding method. In this welding process,two urgent problems should be solved first. One is the matching of pulse current waveforms for main and bypass arcs,the other is stability of coupled welding arcs. An embedded control strategy based on high performance digital signal processor( DSP) is proposed for these problems. Then the embedded control system for dual-arc pulsed MIG welding is set up by design of software and hardware. Based on the established system,time sequence control of pulse current waveform and various control algorithms in welding process can be achieved with flexibility through programming. Then bead-onplate welding is carried out to join aluminum alloy to galvanized steel with a low heat input and a good weld formation between aluminum alloy and steel is obtained. The results show that the embedded control system can meet the control requirements of dual-arc pulsed MIG welding,improve the stability of welding process and achieve fine welding quality.
