摘　　要：我公司率先推出液压机吨位转换技术,并申请技术专利保护。该项技术适用于多缸组合的液压机技术方案,通过吨位转换阀组控制工作油缸的不同组合,实现液压机不同吨位压制,从而提高液压机工进行程的工作速度。该项技术增加的制造成本很少,但可以将液压机的压制速度提高1.5~2.5倍,具有非常高的价值。The tonnage conversion technology of hydraulic press has been put forward in the text with patent protection, which is suitable for the hydraulic press with combination of multi- cylinder. The different combi-nation of working hydraulic cylinders has been controlled by tonnage conversion valves. Thus in this way, the different tonnages have been achieved and the working speed of the hydraulic press in the pressing phase has been improved. The increased manufacturing cost for this technology is small, but the pressing speed has been increased by 1.5-2.5 times, which has very high value.
