摘　　要：针对编制体制改革后战区的新定位,分析了战区国防动员的使命任务、组织机构和作战活动等作战需求,提出了战区国防动员指挥信息系统的功能要求、使用概念和运行流程等系统需求,最后分析了战区国防动员指挥信息系统涉及的3项关键技术。Aimed at new orientation of a theater after the structural reform, the operational re-quirements of the theater national defense mobilization are analyzed, including mission, organiza-tion, and operational action, etc. The system requirements for the theater national defense mobi-lization command information system are proposed： function requirement, employment concept, and operational flow, etc. Finally, three key technologies for the theater national defense mobili-zation command information system are analyzed.
