摘　　要：海上联合搜救是当前国际海上搜救的发展趋势。阐述了美国和我国海上搜救体系现状,分析了我国海上搜救体系建设情况和搜救力量,指出了我国海上搜救体系存在的问题。最后,提出了建立军地海上联合搜救体系以及搜救中心信息系统设想,可为我国构建海上联合搜救体系和建设海上搜救中心信息系统提供参考。The maritime joint rescue is the current development trend of international maritime rescue. The status of the maritime rescue system in USA and China is expounded. The construc-tion situation and the rescue strength of our maritime rescue system are analyzed, and the prob-lems of our maritime rescue system are pointed out. Finally, an assume for constructing the mili-tary and local maritime joint rescue system and the information system in the maritime rescue center is presented, providing references for constructing our maritime joint rescue system and building the information system in the maritime rescue center.
